Training/Qualifications

There are no specific minimum entry qualifications to work in care however a NVQ level 2 in health and social care is desired and something Lydian will encourage and support all care workers to pursue.
All care workers must go through a criminal records check referred to as an enhanced access NI disclosure, reference checks and the full Lydian induction training.
