Lydian care provides a variety of roles and opportunities for personal and career development throughout your employment with us – all our senior care workers have developed from within the company starting off as care workers themselves before undertaking necessary training to fulfil the role requirements.
Care workers are asked during supervision and appraisal meetings to inform us of their career aspirations and discussion with their line managers identifies skills and or qualifications required before being suitable to apply for senior roles.
Lydian Care maintain the quality and standard of care within the community with our bespoke induction training to newly recruited staff as well as refresher and developmental training for our existing staff. In July 2013 working in collaboration with safe2care Lydian launched the Lydian care college – giving all our newly recruited home care workers and current staff an online platform to complete or update elements of their training, online access offers us the opportunity for a flexible and an immersive interactive experience.
