Registered Nurse Manager/Director

Pierre’s career in care started in 1990 and since then he has worked across a range of sectors and disciplines. Pierre is a registered nurse and a graduate member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development. Pierre has held senior management positions in the NHS, Local Authorities, the Private sector and Charitable sector. Pierre & his wife Claire founded Lydian Care back in 2008, Pierre believes passionately in the development of the company and is very involved at all stages within the organisation.

Homecare Manager

Carol has over six years experience in the recruitment sector and over twenty years care experience. Carol is a graduate in health care studies as well as having an NVQ4 in health care management. Since joining Lydian Care in September 2008 she has brought a wealth of dedicated experience to the team. Carol manages staff and care packages within various areas across County Down.

Homecare Manager & Accounts Lead

Rachel began her career with Lydian Care in October 2008 and has established herself as an invaluable member of the team. A graduate in business studies she has brought a range of commercial skills and expertise. Rachel has also completed her NVQ level 4 in health and social care. Rachel manages staff and care packages for the Newcastle, Castlewellan & Dundrum area as well as being responsible for the billing and invoicing for Lydian Care.

Homecare Manager (Southern Trust Area)

Diane has many years health and social care experience working in a variety of healthcare environments. Diane recently took over the management of the southern trust area bringing her vast experience and enthusiasm to leading and growing the team. Diane lives in the Craigavon area and will be the lead contact for carers and care packages in the Southern Trust Area.

Healthcare Manager

Karen joined Lydian in 2013 as part of the Healthcare Team. She has worked closely with the Southern and South Eastern Trusts in her previous role promoting the use of Assistive Technology to Healthcare Professionals. Within Lydian it is Karen’s responsibility to drive healthcare recruitment forward ensuring that all clients have the best calibre of staff supporting their needs. Having completed a Humanities degree at Queens University, Karen has acquired personal transferable skills which enable her to build long lasting relationships with clients and candidates alike.

Susan comes to Lydian with over 12 years experience within the Health and Recruitment sector. Within Lydian, Susan leads the Healthcare Department and deals primarily with all new and existing clients as the dedicated Account Manager. Through her commitment and dedication, Susan is responsible for ensuring Lydian’s continual growth within the Healthcare industry.

Office Administrator

Kirsty joined our team in July 2011, and will be one of the first people you meet in the office within the agency. Kirsty manages the administration of the Lydian office answering calls and maintaining client files.

HR & Payroll Officer

Dean joined the agency in October 2011 bringing with him a 6 year history within the hospitality sector and a foundation degree in management studies. Dean initially began as the new office and payroll administrator before his role developed into Lydian’s HR & Payroll Officer. Dean will be the point of contact for any new applicants for both healthcare and domicilary vacancies.
